Fot the fourth consecutive year some control line spanish clubs organising VCN 2011 event. It´s is a FAI training days and not FAI, "FORMULA" event, and you can compete or only fly with your friends and family. We have throught of organizing ADVANCED, BEGINNER AND EXPERT aerobatics, also SPEED LIMIT COMBAT  for senior and junior (3,5 sec laps with 15,92 m  lines and 2,5cc engines) and Team Racing, FORMULA 30 (up to 30 engines glow or diesel, 2 pit stops and 18 m lines) or FORMULA 15 (15 engines, similar to good year events and 15,92 m lines) F2F racing, ELECTRIC SPEED or CLASSIC SPEED, SCALE, CARRIER DEMO FOR ALL and you can fly everythig thats flight as CARRIER, AUTOGIRO, PULSEJET, ETC... ETC... ALL CONTROL LINE GADGETS ARE WELLCOMED...!!!!
All national and foreign aeromodellers and their families, who wish spend unforgettable week end  in our company are invited to the VCN 2011.

You can find a Big supermarket near to flying site were you can find all kinds of foods, drinks, etc. 

SIMPLE RULES

Racing formula CLUB 30

- Models will be scale or semi scale (fuselage or profil) of real air planes used for Races. Permited cover engine and tank, maintaining original apperance.
- If original airplane has cowling, should be include to both sides if fuselage model. In case of profile models, could be included only one side.
- Engines up to 5,5 cc (.35) diesel or glow, without ball bearings (plane bearings, as Enya SS30, SS25, OS FP-LA 25, etc.)
- Mandatory Original silencer, with no modifications. It could be sustitute  with another silencer but not less than 40 cc inside volume and exhaust hole of 7,5 mm maximum diameter. Maximum noise 85db measured at 3 mts.
-  Modifications of engines Forbiden. Only permited modifications at ventury or carburetor. Rest of engine will be original.
- Two 35 mm minimum wheels on landing gear.
- Propeller nylon commercial. Glass fiber, carbon or metalic props forbiden. (normally 9x8 APC for Enya SS30)
- Stop sytem is necesary (we use speed type ucranian type, but you can use home made systems)
-  Fuel only 5% maximum of nitromethane. Recomended 20% Castor oil minimum.
- Tank fill. Forbiden pressure systems. Can be used a simple valve in tank for fill.
- MODEL
- Fuselage 12 mm thickness minimum. Height minimum 120 mm. Transparent canopy or painted with a visible pilot head.
- Wing maximum profil thickness 28 mm (center wing) and 10 mm minimum. Minimum surface (wing and stabilizer) 20 dm2
- Tank máximum capacity 40 cm3
- Lenght of lines  18 m. axis model to axis handle. 0.38 mm thick (.015 inch)
- Mandatory helmet for pitman
START
- SIMULTANEOUS, 3 models at time; Visual signals (flags) 15 sec to start, 5 sec to start, 5 sec countdown, and SIMULTANEOUS START, all models at time.
- 100 laps Heats and 100 laps final.

Racing formula CLUB 15

Max engine 2,5 cc (.15) ball bearings allowed, 15,92 cables and 15cc tank. Two pitstops, one or two wheels and not pressure fill. 

Racing formula CLUB 10

Max engine 1,5 cc (.09) ball bearings allowed,  cables 14,50 mts, 0,30 mm (.012") multistrand and 10cc tank. Two pitstops, one or two wheels and not pressure fill.  This year as Demo.

Combat VL (speed and sound limit < 90db)

Max engine 2,5 cc (.15). Here the limit is only the speed of model. Minimum  7 sec TWO  laps. 15,92 cables. Only one model per combat.
